The Space

Our villa has 3 floors.

Ground floor: 3 rooms with independent entrances and 3 bathrooms, one featuring a Turkish bath and sauna.

Middle floor: living room, kitchen, and pool terrace.

Top floor: 3 sea-view en-suite bedrooms.

In total, there are 6 rooms, 6 bathrooms, and 400 m² of living space. A large garden, outdoor dining area, and sun-lounger pool provide the perfect setting for relaxation.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive use of the entire villa. The pool, garden, balconies, and shared living areas are completely private. Free parking is also available.

Other Things to Note

Dear Guest, for your comfort and the peace of our neighbourhood, please follow these rules:

Accommodation & Guest Profile: Only suitable for families and couples. Groups of male friends are not permitted.

Pets: Not allowed, due to hygiene and allergy sensitivities.

Smoking & Tobacco Products: Strictly prohibited in all indoor and outdoor areas (terrace, balcony, poolside).

Events & Noise: Parties or loud events are not allowed. Loud music by the pool at night is strictly forbidden.

Pool Use: Jumping into the pool is not allowed as it causes water to spill into neighboring gardens. The pool should not be used at night.
